Rent Miniature Horses for your Event or Birthday Party

Do you want to rent miniature horses for your event or birthday party? Bonnie and Friends’ rates are very reasonable, and everyone can afford them. Contact us today to book your spot. A $25 non-refundable deposit will put you on the calendar for your day and time. The balance is due the day of the event, and we require payment before we get the horses off the trailer.

Bonnie and Friends are available to be hired to come to your events.  Our rate is $150 per hour when traveling off the farm.  If you are more than 30 miles from our farm, an additional fee of $1.50 per mile (both directions) will be added to your invoice.  We do not have riding horses.

We cannot bathe the horses if the weather is below 75 degrees.  During the winter months, we only use Bonnie.

We now have a Calendar showing our availability.   Please remember that if you want a farm visit, I can not do it spur of the moment.  We are available by appointment only.  We need a 24-hour notice to have people show up.  Just because the day is open on the calendar, I may be doing something at home, running errands, or having an appt.

Rent Miniature Horses Bonnie and Friends attend Birthday Parties, corporate events, Fundraisers, and more.

All visits to the farm are by appointment only.  Please do not just show up.  This is also our home; sometimes, we may not even be here.  Please check our calendar and contact us to make an appointment.

Bonnie and Friend Rates (at the farm)

We have started allowing people to come to the farm to brush and spend time with the horses.  I am not a licensed therapist and do not claim to be one.  We do know that horses sometimes have a magical experience with people.  DD Mini Farm has a few people who come out to groom with anxiety, and the time they spend here helps them feel better.

    • one to 5 people $25 per hour
    • 6 to 10 people $50 per hour
    • More than ten people pay $100 per hour

  • Upcoming Events

I just wanted to let everyone know the upcoming events that DD Mini Farm will be participating in over the next two weekends.

    Miniature Horse Show

Sunday, April 7th I will be taking DDMinis Majic’s Music Man to Shelbyville, TN for the Tennessee Miniature Horse Club show.  He will be shown by Megan Postaltheweight in several classes.  If you are in the area then please stop by and say hello.

Megan will be showing M&M this year at several Miniature Horse Shows and taking him to the AMHA World Show in August 2019.  Here are some photos of Megan and M&M from last year.

    Brentwood 50th Anniversary Parade

On Saturday, April 13th Duke and I will be participating in the Brentwood Golden Gallop Parade.

I’ve been invited to participate in the Brentwood Anniversary Parade.  The Golden year is in need of a Palomino horse.  I just so happen to have one.  What makes this extra special is that I used to live in Brentwood.  I graduated from Brentwood High School in 1987.  Many of my classmates will also be walking in the parade because we all turn 50 this year.  This is an extra special event that I get to participate in because of the connections of turning 50 and having a horse of the proper color to celebrate with.

Here is a photo that I took of Duke yesterday.
